Privacy Policy
Who we are
SSH Smart Home ("the app") is published by Mosa Abdullah ("we"). The app is a control panel for a home automation system based on Home Assistant, which the household installs and runs on its own hardware.
How the app works
When you set the app up, you pair it with your household's own server using a one-time code. From then on, the app communicates only with that server. Your home's devices, rooms, accounts and settings live on that server, which is owned and controlled by your household — not by us.
Information the app handles

Notification delivery
To deliver alerts to your phone, the alert's title and message, and your notification token, pass through these services, each under its own privacy terms:
- Expo push notification service (Expo / 650 Industries, Inc.)
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, on Android
- Apple Push Notification service, on iPhone and iPad
Alerts are kept short and do not include readings or the contents of your rooms.
What we do not do
- We do not collect your personal data on servers we operate.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information.
- The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your choices
- Location: Presence is off until you turn it on, and can be turned off at any time. You can also remove the permission in your phone's settings.
- Notifications: can be turned off in the app or in your phone's settings.
- Your device: can be unpaired from the app, or revoked by your household's administrator, which stops it communicating with the server.
- Your data: is held on your household's server. Ask your household's administrator to change or delete it.
Retention
Information stays on your household's server for as long as the household keeps it. Unpairing a device or deleting an account removes the related information from that server.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date above, and describe significant changes in the app's release notes.

يُنشر تطبيق SSH Smart Home ("التطبيق") بواسطة Mosa Abdullah ("نحن"). التطبيق لوحة تحكم لنظام أتمتة منزلية مبني على Home Assistant، يثبّته أهل المنزل ويشغّلونه على أجهزتهم الخاصة.
كيف يعمل التطبيق
عند إعداد التطبيق تربطه بخادم منزلك باستخدام رمز يُستخدم مرة واحدة. بعد ذلك يتواصل التطبيق مع ذلك الخادم فقط. أجهزة منزلك وغرفه وحساباته وإعداداته محفوظة على ذلك الخادم الذي يملكه أهل المنزل ويتحكمون به — وليس نحن.
المعلومات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق

إيصال الإشعارات
لإيصال التنبيهات إلى هاتفك، يمر عنوان التنبيه ونصه ورمز الإشعارات الخاص بك عبر الخدمات التالية، ولكل منها شروط خصوصية خاصة بها:
- خدمة إشعارات Expo (Expo / 650 Industries, Inc.)
- خدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging على أجهزة Android
- خدمة Apple Push Notification على أجهزة iPhone وiPad
التنبيهات مختصرة ولا تتضمن قراءات الأجهزة أو محتويات غرفك.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نجمع بياناتك الشخصية على خوادم نشغّلها.
- لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها.
- لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي برامج إعلانات أو تحليل أو تقارير أعطال أو تتبّع.
- لا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
خياراتك
- الموقع: خاصية التواجد متوقفة حتى تفعّلها، ويمكن إيقافها في أي وقت، كما يمكنك سحب الإذن من إعدادات هاتفك.
- الإشعارات: يمكن إيقافها من التطبيق أو من إعدادات هاتفك.
- جهازك: يمكن فصله من التطبيق، أو إلغاؤه من قِبل مشرف المنزل، فيتوقف عن التواصل مع الخادم.
- بياناتك: محفوظة على خادم منزلك. اطلب من مشرف المنزل تعديلها أو حذفها.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى المعلومات على خادم منزلك طالما يحتفظ بها أهل المنزل. فصل الجهاز أو حذف الحساب يزيل المعلومات المرتبطة به من ذلك الخادم.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن علم.
التعديلات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، ونوضح التغييرات المهمة في ملاحظات الإصدار.
