SSH Smart Home is the control app for a smart home installed by Saudi Smart Home. It connects to your household's own server, at home, and lets each member of the family see and control the rooms they are given: lights, air conditioning, curtains, locks, cameras and more.

Common questions
- How do I connect the app to my home?
- On the dashboard, open Settings → Paired devices → Pair a device. Enter the code it shows in the app. The code works once and for five minutes.
- The app says it was unpaired.
- Your household's administrator removed this phone from the dashboard. Ask them for a new code and pair again.
- I don't see a room or a device.
- Each account sees only the rooms it is given. Your household's administrator can change that on the dashboard.
- Alerts don't arrive.
- Check that notifications are on in the app's Settings and allowed for the app in your phone's settings.
- How do I stop sharing my location?
- Turn off Presence in the app's Settings. You can also remove the location permission in your phone's settings.
- How do I delete my account?
- Accounts belong to your household's server, not to us. Your household's administrator can delete an account from the dashboard or from the app's user settings. Unpairing the app removes the phone's access straight away.

تطبيق SSH Smart Home هو تطبيق التحكم في المنزل الذكي الذي تركّبه شركة المنزل الذكي السعودي. يتصل التطبيق بخادم منزلك الموجود في المنزل نفسه، ويتيح لكل فرد من العائلة عرض الغرف المخصصة له والتحكم بها: الإضاءة والمكيفات والستائر والأقفال والكاميرات وغيرها.

أسئلة شائعة
- كيف أربط التطبيق بمنزلي؟
- من اللوحة، افتح الإعدادات ← الأجهزة المقترنة ← إقران جهاز، ثم أدخل الرمز الظاهر في التطبيق. الرمز صالح لمرة واحدة ولمدة خمس دقائق.
- يقول التطبيق إن الجهاز أُلغي إقرانه.
- أزال مشرف المنزل هذا الهاتف من اللوحة. اطلب منه رمزًا جديدًا وأعد الإقران.
- لا أرى غرفة أو جهازًا.
- يرى كل حساب الغرف المخصصة له فقط، ويستطيع مشرف المنزل تغيير ذلك من اللوحة.
- التنبيهات لا تصل.
- تأكد أن الإشعارات مفعّلة في إعدادات التطبيق، ومسموح بها للتطبيق في إعدادات هاتفك.
- كيف أوقف مشاركة موقعي؟
- أوقف خاصية التواجد من إعدادات التطبيق، ويمكنك أيضًا سحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات هاتفك.
- كيف أحذف حسابي؟
- الحسابات محفوظة على خادم منزلك وليست لدينا. يستطيع مشرف المنزل حذف أي حساب من اللوحة أو من إعدادات المستخدمين في التطبيق. وإلغاء إقران التطبيق يوقف وصول الهاتف فورًا.
